Lennox High School powerlifters turned in a strong showing at the 3rd Annual Bulldog Open, held at Baltic High School, with a large number of athletes finding success across multiple weight divisions. A total of 34 Lennox athletes competed at the meet, with five Orioles earning first-place finishes in their respective weight classes. Sophomore Jocelyn Thoms reached a major milestone in her high school wrestling career, earning her 100th career victory while competing at the Floyd Farrand Tournament on Monday, Dec. 29, at Sioux Falls Lincoln. Thoms was one of four Lennox High School girls wrestlers to compete in the tournament, with all four stepping onto the podium. The Lennox High School girls’ basketball team remain undefeated after grabbing a 49-19 Monday night win over West Lyon to improve to 7-0 on the season.
