The Lennox High School Orioles wrapped up their 2026 season with a seventh-place finish at the Class A State Softball Tournament held June 4-6, earning a victory over Madison after dropping their first two contests of the tournament. The Lennox High School softball team is headed to the Class A State Softball Tournament after a dominant 10-0 victory over Milbank in a SoDak 16 match-up on Tuesday, May 26. Despite rainy conditions on both Friday and Saturday, the Lennox High School Oriole track and field team turned in one of the most successful performances in school history at the 2026 SDHSAA State Track and Field Meet, held May 28-30 at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls. The Lennox High School softball team fell to West Central High School, 8-2, on Thursday, May 21, in a late-season match-up. West Central took control early, scoring three runs in the opening inning. Ayla Kramer drove in the first run with a single before Miley Travis and Sophie Rolfson each collected RBI hits to give West Central a 3-0 advantage.
