The Lennox High School softball team fell to West Central High School, 8-2, on Thursday, May 21, in a late-season match-up. West Central took control early, scoring three runs in the opening inning. LHS boys earn sixth at State: Plank finishes third at Flight #1
The Lennox High School boys’ tennis team traveled to Rapid City on May 17th -19th for the Class A State tournament. This was a two-day event where each player competed in their corresponding flight in singles and doubles. Orioles advance to State, fall short of title
The Lennox High School baseball team punched its ticket to the 2026 SDHSBA Class B State Tournament after a pair of impressive victories in the Metro Super Regional Playoffs on Tuesday, May 19. The Lennox High School track and field teams turned in a strong showing at the Rich Luther Invite on Tuesday, May 5, highlighted by numerous personal best performances and a long list of top-eight finishes across both the boys and girls divisions. Eli Plank earns 100th career victory: LHS tennis team takes on Roosevelt, Brandon Valley, Pierre, Huron
This past week, Eli Plank (pictured at right) reached 100 varsity wins. Eli has been on varsity since seventh grade and has worked his way up the line up each year and this season he surpassed 100 varsity wins in singles and doubles. The Lennox High School track and field team delivered a standout performance against some of the area’s top competition at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays, held May 1–2 in Sioux Falls. The Lennox High School softball team delivered a dominant performance on Friday, April 24, shutting out Gayville-Volin 10-0 behind a strong outing in the circle from Layci Eli and a balanced offensive attack.
