The Lennox Junior Legion Post 174 baseball team fell to Brandon Valley JL Red, 16-3, on Wednesday, July 1, after Brandon Valley used an eight-run third inning and added five more runs in the fourth to secure the win. Lennox 14U girls win Tom Reed SEFSA Tournament
The Lennox girls 14U fastpitch team won the Tom Reed SEFSA (Sioux Empire Fastpitch Softball Association) League Tournament this past weekend. It was held June 27-28 at Sherman Park in Sioux Falls. The Lennox Post 174 Junior Legion baseball team dropped three contests over the weekend, falling to Brandon Valley JL Black on Friday before suffering two losses Saturday against Hopkins Post 320 Millers 17U and Bemidji Woodpeckers Junior Legion 17U. The Lennox Post 174 Senior Legion baseball team earned a pair of victories Saturday, June 27, sweeping Garretson Post 23 with an 8-6 win in the opener and earning a 4-3 victory in the second match-up. Bandits go 2-1 during busy week
The Lennox Bandits amateur baseball team put together a successful week on the diamond, earning victories over the Renner Rangers and Parker Ringnecks while falling to the Vermillion Grey Sox. The Lennox Post 174 Senior Legion baseball team bounced back in impressive fashion Friday, June 19, splitting a doubleheader with Harrisburg Legion Gold. The Lennox Junior Legion Post 174 baseball team posted a 2-1 record at the Clark Tournament June 12-14, earning victories over Watertown and Clark Area before falling to Vermillion. The Junior Legion opened the tournament with a 10-6 victory over Watertown on Friday, erupting for five runs in the first inning and never surrendering the lead. The Lennox Senior Legion Post 174 baseball team competed in the 15th Annual Dakota Classic Legion Baseball Tournament, held June 12-15. Lennox Bandits open season 2-4 following losses to Larchwood, Elk Point
The Lennox Bandits amateur baseball team has opened its 2026 summer season with a 2-4 record. The Bandits dropped games to Irene and Tea during May before earning victories over Beresford and Phoenix.
