Gail Benning (Dalldorf) of Lennox, was recently crowned Mrs. Lennox 2016 in Sioux Falls. She was named first runner up to Mrs. South Dakota, and took home the Mrs. Congeniality, Swimsuit, and Director’s Choice Spirit Awards. Gail also tied for the Best Costume Award. As Mrs. Lennox 2016, she will make appearances in her local area and is accepted to compete for the Mrs. SD 2017 title in the state pageant.
Mrs. Lennox 2016, Gail Benning, is a licensed cosmetologist and owns Studio G Salon in Lennox. She is very active in the Commercial Club, community events and with the NAMI program. Gail is currently a talent and model through Professional Image Modeling, is married to Jason Benning and they have three sons. She will be allowed to compete for the national first runner up pageant in August 2016. The winner will become the 51st contestant on the Mrs. America stage for the 2016 competition year.
The Mrs. South Dakota Pageant is now accepting applications from married women, to represent their city, as a State Finalist in the 2017 pageant being held December 2016. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a resident of South Dakota, a U.S. citizen, and married at the time of the pageant to be considered.
