The Lennox Commercial Club is once again hosting their annual Santa Night at the Lennox Intermediate Cafetorium on Monday, Dec. 4 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The community is invited to attend for a free-will offering meal of pork loin sandwiches and hotdogs, chips, and bars and cookies and then take a look at the Christmas trees on display by local businesses, and, of course, share their Christmas wish list with Santa.
One gift children will receive from Santa that evening will be the annual holiday coloring book. This special project, organized by The Lennox Independent and Tea Weekly newspapers, features illustrations drawn by local high school artists.
Illustrators chosen for the 2023 Holiday Coloring Book from Lennox High School include: Alia Temme, Ella Grengs, Abby Roeder, Miriam Welch, Bristal Barbee, Brooke Nelson, Jalyn Faulds, Hailey Seelen, Jersey Zahn, Shelby Hartman, Teagan Swier, Danielyn Tammen, Jayda Bladow, Mallorie Bittner, McKenna Visscher, Presslie Brouwer, and Alex Schuelke.
Receiving the title of top artist and a $25 cash prize is Alia Temme.
