On Wednesday, May 22 the Lennox High School softball team competed in the SoDak 16. The Orioles came up against a strong Dell Rapids team and fell, 16-1, ending their season.
Hayley Hahn and Lexi Denning handled pitching duties. Hahn pitched just over two innings, allowing ten runs on six hits. Denning allowed six runs on six hits in just over one inning.
Denning and Ahleeya Nicola each recorded a hit for Lennox.
The 2024 SDHSAA Class A State Softball Tournament will be held in Aberdeen beginning this Thursday, May 30. Pictured at right are snapshots from the season.
