The Lincoln County Fairgrounds Foundation, Lincoln County 4-H and Lincoln County officials broke ground at the new fairgrounds in Lennox on Sept. 27.
Foundation board members, 4-H leaders, commissioner Jim Schmidt and IMEG engineer Shane Waterman were on hand to officially break ground (pictured below).
Dirt work started Nov. 5 and wrapped up Nov. 12 (pictured above).
Lincoln County Fairgrounds Foundation continues to raise money to put up the livestock facility buildings, which is the next step in the project.
