The City of Lennox received word of a positive COVID-19 case for an employee on Monday evening. The notification was made at the tail-end of a two and half hour long meeting on Monday.
City Administrator, Nathan Vander Plaats, reported on Tuesday morning, “Based on the guidance from the CDC, we are confident that no employees and no members of the public were in what the CDC defines as ‘close contact’. Based on that information, there will be no changes to the city’s operations.”
