14U earns runner-up honors at Slam Tourney

The Lennox 14U baseball team took home runner-up honors at the Sioux Falls “Scheels” Slam Tournament June 20-22. They defeated Brookings (Gray) 17-1, Lake Elmo Lions 21-1, Minneapolis Millers (Blue) 19-4 and Brookings (White) 17-5 before losing to Volga White 11-3 in the championship game. Those playing in the tournament included Ace Reilly, Ashton Hermanson, Austin Forrest, Bode Sweeter, Carson Eden, Charley Bittner, Grant Veurink, Jaxon Johnson, Landon Strasser, Landon Kolthoff, Lance Aasheim, Lincoln Olseth and Max Allie.
