Diners in Lennox now have one more option for lunch.
The Archery Shak Cafe opened April 29 in the Archery Shak on Main Street. Melinda Franklin opened the cafe to offer more food options in town.
Every day she offers a full salad bar and a different hot meal. So far she has served cheese ravioli, hot ham sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, build a burger, spaghetti and meatballs, loaded bake potato, taco salad, burritos and pork loin sandwiches.
The cafe is open Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
She decided to offer something a little different every day and not stick to a set special for every day of the week.
