Eight Lennox Worthing Chancellor Middle School students have been selected to this year’s All State Band which will take place in Huron on Mar. 6-7.
Students are pictured above and include, from left to right, Liz Rezac, Portia Bird, Grace Dulka, Mara Hinker, Isabel Young, Nathan Renz, Madeline Loewe, Emily Buse, and Band Director Mrs. Sara Bakken.
“I’m very proud of the achievements of these students,” said Bakken. “They have worked hard to earn their spot in the All State Band, and will represent our school and community well!”
Students were selected by audition after months of hard work and practice. These students are the best of the best in middle school musicians in South Dakota.
