Strasser and Wallenstein to reign over 2016 Homecoming festivities

Lennox High School 2016 Homecoming Coronation took place on Monday, Sept. 12. The theme for this year’s Homecoming is: There’s No Place Like Home. The LHS Band performed Fanfare and Procession by Mike Story as well as the Star Spangled Banner. The LHS cheerleaders got the crowd on their feet with the school song. Somewhere Over the Rainbow was performed by the LHS Choir. Emcee for the night was Junior Karissa West and LHS librarian Michael Larson, stepping in for Max Bultena, who was unable to attend.

The night provided plenty of entertainment and laughs with skits performed by students and parents of the LHS Band, Softball, Cross Country, Volleyball, and Football teams, and Cheerleaders. Of course, the highlight of the night was the crowning of this year’s Homecoming Marshall and Queen.
